Corn Beef Dip

8 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 pound shaved deli corned beef, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
1/4 cup finely diced bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Fustini’s Sherry Riserva
1/2 teaspoon Black Sheep Gastronomy Worchestershire
1/2 cup finely grated Gruyere, divided


Step 1. 

Preheat oven to 350.  Combine all ingredients, except 1/4 C Gruyere. Spread in a small oven-safe baking dish.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Sprinkle remaining Gruyere over top, bake another 5 minutes.  Enjoy with crackers or veggies of choice.
