Cranberry and Brie Tart


  • 14.5-ounce package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil, for brushing
  • 2 cups leftover cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz. Brie, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish

Step 1. 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry and brush with olive oil. Spread with cranberry sauce and scatter with brie and rosemary.  Bake until pastry is puffed and cheese is melty about 15 minutes.
