Cranberry Salsa

  • 1 mango cubed
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 1/4 red or orange bell pepper, cubed
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • cilantro, diced (to taste)
  • dill weed, to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons Fustini's Cranberry Pear balsamic
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • red pepper flakes (optional)


Step 1. 

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix together and serve over salmon or with tortilla chips.
