Cranberry Walnut and Date Farro

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked farro
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2tablespoons Fustini’s Cranberry Pear balsamic
  • 8 pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme

Directions

Step 1. 

Heat oil in a pan on the stove. Place rest of ingredients in pan and stir often for 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Great with the grilled salmon and steamed broccoli.
