Crispy Fruits de Mer with Three Aioli

Ingredients

  • seasonal fresh fish
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
Rep Pepper Aioli
  • 1/2 roasted red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 1 small shallot - minced
  • 3 tablespoons Fustini’s 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
Beet Horseradish Aioli
Lemon Aioli

Directions

Step 1. 

Mix together flour, bread crumbs and egg until smooth.  Coat seafood then deep fry until crispy. 


Step 2.  Aioli Sauces

Blend until smooth.
