Cynthia's Blackened Tuna Steak with fruit & Balsamic sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons Blackening Seasoning
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fustini's 18 Year Balsamic
  • Water


Directions

Step 1. 

Rub fish with blackening season to completely cover.  Grill or sauté fish until cooked to desired amount

While the fish is cooking, in a saucepan combine warm sliced strawberries with a little water and Fustini's 18 Year Balsamic. until warmed. Spoon berries over fish and enjoy!
