Whisk heavy cream 30 seconds. Add confectioners sugar and Fustini’s Cara Cara Cream Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar and whisk till thick. Stack in-service glass or bowl and eat!
Place half and half in a medium-size pot with the butter and bring to a boil. Place chocolate and vanilla in a heatproof bowl. Once the cream is boiling, remove from heat and pour over chocolate. Let sit two minutes then stir until smooth. Use immediately.
