Easy Beef and Broccoli

  • 1 tablespoon Fustini's Ginger Crush olive oil
  • 1 lb flank steak, trimmed of fat and sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 3 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
  • 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sesame oil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Harwood Gold Farmstyle Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • cooked rice or noodles for serving

Step 1. 

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, sherry, Ginger & Honey vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, Sriracha sauce, and broth. Set aside.

Step 2. 

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook till steak starts to brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add sauce mix to steak, the sauce will start to thicken. Add broccoli and cook for additional 2 minutes, or till broccoli is tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
