Ensalada de Berros

  • 1 bunch watercress, washed and large stems removed
  • 1 cup orange supreme
  • 1 cup hearts of palm, sliced thin
  • 2 avocado, sliced
  • toasted slivered almonds
  • Citrus Vinaigrette (recipe below)
Citrus Vinaigrette


Step 1. 

To make the vinaigrette, place vinegar, juice, garlic, mustard, honey salt and pepper in bowl and whisk to combine. While whisking, slowly add the three oils to emulsify.

Step 2. 

Place watercress on service plates and garnish with orange, hearts of palm, avocado and almonds and serve citrus vinaigrette alongside.
