Farro Salad with Walnuts, Cranberries, And Goat Cheese

Directions

Step 1. 

Bring salted water to a boil, add faro and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl.


Step 2. 

Toss farro with cranberry balsamic and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in shallot, parsley, cranberries, walnuts, and goat cheese. Check for seasoning and serve at room temperature.
