Step 1. 

Heat a hot grill or grill pan.  Drizzle Garlic olive oil over the bread.  Grill bread until just toasted on both sides.  Immediately rub cut garlic all over one side of bread then place on a serving plate.  Season with salt and pepper then top with sliced tomato and basil Chiffonade.  Serve with Fustinis Balsamic Glaze.

    A nice change of pace from the classic brushetta. Tomato and basil go well together and the balsamic adds the right amount of 'zing'.
