Fresh Spinach Salad

  • 5 oz fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
  • ½ cup mandarin oranges, sliced or ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • 2 Tablespoons sliced almonds



Step 1. 

Put the spinach in a large bowl and add fruit, whisk together Fustini's olive oil and vinegar and pour over salad, tossing thoroughly to mix, sprinkle with red onion and nuts before serving.
