Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut tortillas into desired shape, toss with chipotle oil and season with salt. Bake tortillas in an even layer on a sheet tray, making sure not to crowd the tray. Remove when golden about 5-10 minutes
Place the tomatillos, jalapeno, cilantro, and avocado in a blender and purée until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
Serve chips with avocado dip.
