Frisee Salad

  • 8 ounces Frisee
  • dried figs
  • slivered almonds - toasted
  • Brie cheese
Fig Lemon Vinaigrette


Step 1. 

Arrange ingredients on serving plate and drizzle with Fig Lemon Vinaigrette.

Step 2.  Fig Lemon Vinaigrette

Whisk together juice, vinegar, paste, mustard, salt and pepper.  Slowly drizzle olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
