Simple and refreshing
The vinegars in this were more subtle than I was hoping for, but overall this was an easy dessert to make, it is decently healthy and refreshing for summer.

In a large bowl, combine flour, walnuts and brown sugar. Add butter and work it in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles wet sand. Put the crumble on a sheet tray and bake in a 350° oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl combine berries with the Asian Blackberry Balsamic and allow to sit for a few minutes. Mix the yogurt with the honey vinegar and when everything is ready, layer in a bowl the berries, followed by the yogurt, and topped with the crumble. Garnish with flake salt.

yogurt not too sweet, berries fresh, crumble nice and crisp!
