Grapefruit Salty Shrub

Step 1. 

Mix together juice and simple syrup.  Add Fustini’s Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar, agrodolce and liquor (if using).  Moisten the rim of a glass with a grapefruit slice and dip in salt to coat.  Add ice (if desired) to the glass and pour the beverage into the glass and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
