Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Tuscan Spice blend and garlic with an electric mixer or food processor until smooth and combined.
Spread mixture in a deep 9" pie plate or serving dish. Evenly spread hummus over the cream cheese mixture. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onion. Lightly drizzle Garlic olive oil on top. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Serve with pita chips.
