In a small bowl combine Fig paste with Fustini's Fig balsamic until it becomes a spreadable mixture. Meanwhile, cut peaches into wedges, brush both sides with olive oil and grill on medium-high heat on both sides until nice grill marks appear on both sides.
Preheat oven to 425 (or keep the grill on) Roll out the flatbread and spread with fig mixture. Assemble your flatbread by placing sliced cheese wedges, grilled peaches, bacon and fresh basil on top of the spread fig mixture.
Cook in oven for 8-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
