Grilled Tuna with Arugula and Blue Cheese Aioli

Ingredients

Blue Cheese Aioli

Directions

Step 1. 

Preheat a hot grill.  Rub Fustini’s Robust olive oil all over tuna steaks and season with salt and pepper.  Grill tuna steaks 2 minutes on each side, or until outside is seared and inside is just warmed but still red or pink.  Remove from grill and cut into strips against the grain.  Divide arugula between serving plates.  Lay grilled tuna slices on top of arugula and drizzle with Blue Cheese Aioli.


Step 2.  Blue Cheese Aioli

Mix all ingredients together.
