Add To Favorites
This is a great way to save an abundance of tomatoes in the fall. Freeze and add to pasta, chili or other tomato sauce dishes.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice in half, clean and dry tomatoes. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle tomatoes with just enough Fustini’s Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil to lightly coat the tomatoes.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until edges start to char. Turn tomatoes over and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until tomatoes are roasted to desire degree. Allow to cool.
