Heat Fustini's olive oil in a sauté pan until hot. Add bacon and onion. Cook over medium heat until onion is softened and the bacon is hot, 1-2 minutes. Add Fustini's 18 Year balsamic and bring it to a simmer. Add brown sugar and stir to combine. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
