Melt butter and Fustini’s SELECT in a large skillet over medium heat and add lobster meat. Sauté lobster meat for several minutes stirring frequently. Add sherry and cook for several more minutes. Add Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, paprika, and nutmeg and cook another minute. Whisk together egg yolks and heavy cream and add. Turn heat to low and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
To serve, place some toast points on each serving plate, spoon the Newburg sauce over the top and garnish with more paprika.
