Cut in half, brush with Fustini’s Butter olive oil and bake halves until golden brown. Combine mayo, zest and juice, wasabi, both vinegars, garlic and salt. Spoon the Aioli over the top and serve. (Pictured with a side of beef tenderloin).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring 2 quarts water to boil. Boil lobster tails until fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from water and let cool.
