Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly flour the working surface and roll out the dough, pressing triangles together to form one large rectangle. Lay prosciutto on the dough. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, bruschetta spread and feta. Use half of the mixture on the first rectangle. Starting with a long side, roll up the dough and cut with a sharp knife into slices 1 1/2 -2" wide. Place each slice flat on a baking sheet. Repeat with the other dough. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
