Nanci's Asian Cole Slaw Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bag of coleslaw mix
  • 1 bag of matchstick carrots
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon toast sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Asian Dressing


Directions

Step 1. 

Combine coleslaw mix and carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle Asian dressing over salad and toss to coat. Add lime zest, cilantro, sesame seeds and slivered almonds.


Step 2.  Asian Dressing

Whisk in a medium bowl, or shake in a canning jar with lid, Fustini's balsamic, Persian Lime olive oil, Sesame Seed oil, lime juice, salt and pepper until combined.
