Combine coleslaw mix and carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle Asian dressing over salad and toss to coat. Add lime zest, cilantro, sesame seeds and slivered almonds.
Whisk in a medium bowl, or shake in a canning jar with lid, Fustini's balsamic, Persian Lime olive oil, Sesame Seed oil, lime juice, salt and pepper until combined.
