Parmesan Roasted Potatoes


  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/8 cup Fustini’s Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Step 1. 

Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir. Place on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
