Preheat oven to 415°, toss halved potatoes with the garlic oil and a pinch of salt and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes on a parchment lined sheet tray.
Take potatoes out and toss with the parmesan asiago tapenade, return potatoes to oven and roast for 5 more minutes
When the potatoes are golden brown, remove and toss with the Sicilian lemon balsamic, and chopped basil.
