Heat garlic oil in a pan over medium heat, add asparagus, peas, broccoli, and scallion and sauté for 5 minutes until crisp tender.
Add cooked pasta to the pan followed by the parmesan and crème fraiche.
Toss to coat the pasta and vegetables, plate, and finish with the Pyramid Flake sea salt.
