Peach Blueberry Salsa

Gluten Free Dairy Free



Makes about 6 cups. Serve over grilled chicken or pork. Or enjoy it with tortilla or pita chips. Adapted from "Season to Taste"


Step 1. 

Mix together peaches, blueberries, tomato, cucumber and red onion.  Add olive oil, vinegar, honey, tarragon, basil, cayenne pepper and cardamom. Toss through to blend.  Before serving, season to taste with a pinch of salt, white pepper and additional honey.
