Serve with tortilla chips. Also great as a topping for grilled chicken or pork.
Combine peaches, nectarine, tomatoes, chile, onion and cilantro in a large bowl. Gently toss together. Add avocados.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamics and salt. Pour sauce over salsa mixture and stir to combine.
