Peaches with Prosciutto and Basil

Directions

Step 1. 

Toss together peaches, sugar, Fustini's Vinoso vinegar and cumin, let stand 10 minutes.  Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise and wrap each piece around a wedge of peach.  Top with a basil leaf and secure with a toothpick. Drizzle lightly with Fustini's Cara Cara Vanilla reduction.
