Heat Fustini's olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add onions and peppers. Sauté on medium heat for 5 minutes, then add squash, pea pods and mushrooms. Continue to sauté until vegetables are cooked, but still slightly crisp. Stir in Fustini's Lavender balsamic and stir until vegetables are coated and balsamic begins to thicken slight.y
