3 tablespoons Harwood Gold Blueberry Lemongrass preserves
1 tablespoon Fustini’s Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 oz softened cream cheese
1 package puff pastry cups, frozen
1 egg, 1 tablespoon water combined
Preheat oven to 450. Place puff pastry cups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush outside edge with egg wash. Fill centers of cups with 1-2 tablespoons of blueberry jam mixture. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes.
