Place quinoa in a pot and cover well with water. Bring to a boil and cook until quinoa is just tender and develops a visible ring around the outside. Drain quinoa and reserve
Heat;oil in a large sauté pan, add onion and cook until golden. Add kohlrabi, capers, and ginger honey balsamic and stir to combine.
Mix together the quinoa with the kohlrabi and onions, season to taste and garnish with cilantro.
