Raw Bar Sauces

Ingredients

Balsamic Cocktail Sauce
Mignonette Sauce
Remoulade

Hint

Enjoy these sauces with oysters and other favorite seafoods.


Directions

Step 1.  Balsamic Cocktail Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use.


Step 2.  Mignonette Sauce

Place shallot, pepper and horseradish on a service plate. Drizzle with oil and vinegar and serve immediately.


Step 3.  Remoulade

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use.
