Adapted from "How Sweet Eats"
Preheat oven to 425. Chop apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Roast for 15 minutes, or until caramelized. Combine chicken and dressing, then add to the spinach, pecans and apples. Chill slightly before serving.
Whisk ingredients together and combine with chicken before adding to the rest of the salad.
