Add To Favorites
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the first 7 ingredients (all but the edamame and salt) until mixed well. Add edamame and toss until evenly coated. Spread mixture in a single layer on an ungreased rimmed baking sheet. Roast uncovered 12 minutes. Remove from oven and salt lightly to taste.
NOTE: Refrigerate leftovers to use in salads and for snacks.
