Sicilian Lemon Tuna Salad

  • 1 large can tuna (16 ounces), drained and well squeezed
  • ½ red onion, small diced
  • 2 stalks celery, small diced
  • ½ cup sweet pickle relish, rinsed and well squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1. 

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
