Spicy Asian Beef Skewers

Spicy Asian Beef Skewers

Step 1. 

In a medium bowl, combine oils, soy sauce, agrodolce, balsamic, red chili flakes, salt and pepper.  Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade. Add meat to the remaining mixture and marinate 2-3 hours.  If using wooden skewers, soak in water 20 minutes.  Preheat grill to medium-high.  Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade.  Thread meat onto skewers.  Place on heated grill and cook 3 minutes on one side, using the remaining marinade to baste skewers, turning to cook another 2-3 minutes, basting skewers and cooking until reaches desired doneness.  

Remove from heat and allow to rest on the skewers.  Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
