Stuffed Peppers



Step 1. 

Heat a garlic olive oil in sauté pan.  Cook onions until translucent add beef and cook until done.  Add balsamic to deglaze the pan. Add tomatoes, spinach and Tuscan Herb blend.

Step 2. 

Take sliced pepper and place 1/3 cup of cooked rice in the bottom, top with a dollop of goat cheese. Add meat mixture, season with salt and pepper and top with Asiago cheese.  Bake on a sheet tray for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
