Stuffing Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 1 cup leftover stuffing 
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sage and Wild Mushroom olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
  • 24 button mushroom caps

Step 1. 

Combine ingredients and stuff into 24 button mushroom caps; top with more parmesan and olive oil. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
