Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut rolls in half horizontally and lay in the bottom of a 9x13 dish. In a small bowl, combine gravy and stuffing. Spread stuffing mixture over rolls in baking dish. Layer turkey on the stuffing spread cranberry sauce and top with a layer of mashed potatoes. Top the potatoes with cheese and spread of mustard. Place the top half of the rolls to complete the sandwich. Brush olive oil and sprinkle with flake salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
