The Maui Rush

  • 2 ounces spiced rum
  • 1-ounce coconut rum
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fustinis Cara Cara Cream Vanilla balsamic
  • 2-4-ounces Sprite
  • Ice
  • Pineapple & Orange slices, garnish


All it takes is Two - When Fustini's opened the Maui store and two people would walk it, we called it "The Maui Rush." Chef Andy thought it was a great name for a beverage, so he made one!


Step 1. 

Place all in a cocktail shaker and shake.  Serve with Pineapple Slice and Orange slice over ice.
