In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat butter and brown sugar on high for 5 minutes until very light and airy. Turn the mixer to low and add egg, vanilla and balsamic until well combined.
Sift together dry ingredients and slowly add them to the mixer, followed by the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
Portion large tablespoonful’s of dough onto parchment lined sheet trays and bake at 350° for 9 minutes.
