A great way to use leftover turkey or chicken (roasted or grilled)! adapted from howsweeteats.com
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (or follow the directions if using a pizza stone or skillet method). Lightly brush olive oil over the surface of the pizza dough. Add three-fourths of the cheese on top and then layer the Brussels sprouts on top. Spread the turkey and the bacon over the pizza and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes (or according to dough directions) until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and drizzle the Avocado Ranch over top before serving.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Store in refrigerator in a seal-tight container for 1-2 days.
