Heat gremolata oil in a pot and add ground turkey. Cook, breaking up the meat, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove cooked turkey to a plate.
Add onion, carrot, garlic, jalapeno, red pepper, and corn. Sauté until tender, then add spices, tomatoes, stock, bay leaves, and beans. Bring to a simmer and add back the turkey.
Simmer chili for at least 15 minutes then portion into bowls and top with garnishes.
