Substitute your favorite herb-infused olive oil or the Garlic Rub spice blend. Adapted from delish.com
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook tortellini according to the package directions. Drain and transfer to a large serving bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic, honey, spices, salt and pepper.
To the bowl, add salami, spinach and sundried tomatoes. Pour dressing over top and toss to coat. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
