Watermelon Caprese

Step 1. 

Place 1 slice of watermelon on each salad plate.  Top with one slice of mozzarella and cover with 2nd slice of watermelon.  Sprinkle with basil chiffonade.  Drizzle with Fustini's Riserva and Fustini's Single Varietal olive oil.  Season with salt and pepper.
