In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until dressing coats all ingredients. Serve on plate and top with fresh ground black pepper. Drizzle with Fustini's Balsamic Glaze.
In a blender combine Fustini’s Michigan Apple balsamic, watermelon, mustard, and honey and blend thoroughly. Slowly drizzle Fustini’s Single Varietal Olive Oil until dressing is well emulsified. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and reserve cold.
