Substitute your favorite Fustini's herb-infused olive oil. Adapted from delish.com
Using a spiralizer, create zoodles out of the zucchini. Place zoodles in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Let sit 15 minutes to marinate. Add tomatoes, mozzarella and basil to the zoodles. Toss to combine. Drizzle with balsamic and serve.
